These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777jaya ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://777jaya.cam.

777jaya is a crypto-first online casino and sports betting platform designed for players in Malaysia. The platform offers a range of gaming services including slot games, live dealer casino tables, sports betting markets, lottery products, and instant games. All services are provided in the English language and support Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as the primary display currency.

This Agreement is supplemented by any additional rules, policies, and guidelines posted on the platform from time to time, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and individual game or promotion-specific terms. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and a supplementary document, this Agreement shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with 777jaya, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a citizen or resident of any Restricted Territory;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 777jaya or any affiliated entity;
• You are not registered under any self-exclusion programme operated by 777jaya or any third-party responsible gambling authority;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

777jaya reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all associated funds will be returned after verification of identity, less any amounts wagered.

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the 777jaya platform. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, and valid contact details. You undertake to update this information promptly should it change at any time.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including username and password;
• All activities that occur under your Account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Ensuring that your login details are not shared with any third party;
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 777jaya immediately via our live chat or email support channel. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

KYC Verification: All Accounts are subject to identity verification (KYC). 777jaya may request copies of valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal functionality.

777jaya supports a range of payment methods designed for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, and FPX. Cryptocurrency deposits via Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) are also fully supported.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit is RM30 for most local payment channels. Cryptocurrency deposits have a minimum equivalent to approximately RM50.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• The Company reserves the right to return a deposit to its source if it cannot be verified or if it raises compliance concerns.
• Processing times vary by method. FPX and DuitNow deposits are typically instant during banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain confirmations.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• A minimum withdrawal amount may apply; this is stated on the Cashier page within your Account.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Standard withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 48 hours depending on your VIP tier and the payment method selected.
• The Company reserves the right to perform additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request. This may extend processing time beyond the standard window.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon withdrawal request. Only real-money balance is withdrawable unless promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.

777jaya offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before any bonus-related winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be tracked separately within your Account. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled on bonus funds prior to release.
• Certain game types (e.g., live dealer games, certain table games) may contribute less than 100% towards bonus wagering requirements. The applicable contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly permits the stacking of offers.
• Bonus abuse — defined as the use of strategies, multiple accounts, collusion, or any technique designed to manipulate or circumvent bonus wagering requirements — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.

6.2 Referral Programme

Players who refer friends to 777jaya using their unique referral code are eligible to receive a referral reward of MYR 38 per successful referral, subject to the referring friend completing account registration, KYC verification, and making a qualifying first deposit. Self-referral, the use of artificial accounts, or any other fraudulent activity in connection with the referral programme is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all referral rewards.

6.3 Birthday Bonus

Eligible Players may claim a birthday bonus during their birth month, subject to the tier-specific amounts and conditions stated in the Birthday Bonus promotion terms. Verification of date of birth through KYC is required. The birthday bonus must be claimed within the Player's birth month and cannot be carried forward.

777jaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to reclaim any bonus awarded in error.

All games available on the 777jaya platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio partners and streamed in real time. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. A bet cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation unless the game rules explicitly provide for such an option.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, the Company reserves the right to void any affected wagers and return stakes to the Player's Account.
• 777jaya reserves the right to impose betting limits on individual games, markets, or accounts. Minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed within each game or sports market interface.
• For sports betting, the Company reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error (e.g., incorrect odds, incorrect team or player data). The void will be communicated to affected Players.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical glitch, display error, or software fault that would not have otherwise occurred will be considered null and void. The Company will not honour such payouts.
• Live football and sports betting odds, including Asian Handicap lines for Liga Super Malaysia and EPL fixtures, are subject to change until the bet is confirmed by the system.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 777jaya platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, including via different devices, browsers, or IP addresses;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies with other Players;
• Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or errors for financial gain;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the platform for money laundering purposes;
• Attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions, KYC requirements, or platform security measures via VPN, proxy, or other technical means;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or Company staff through any communication channel;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the technical operation of the platform.

The Company reserves the right to investigate any suspected Prohibited Conduct and to take appropriate action at its sole discretion, including account termination and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

All content on the 777jaya platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, user interface design, text, game assets, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual elements, is either owned by or licensed to the Company. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for the purposes of personal entertainment gaming. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content;
• Modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any platform software;
• Use any Company trademark, logo, or brand name without prior written consent;
• Commercialise or monetise any platform content or functionality.

Any unauthorised use of platform content may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights and will be pursued accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777jaya and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with:

• The use of or inability to use the platform;
• Any loss of funds resulting from account access by an unauthorised third party;
• Internet connectivity issues, device failures, or service interruptions outside the Company's control;
• Changes to or discontinuation of any game, market, or feature on the platform;
• The outcome of any game or bet placed on the platform.

The Company makes no warranty that the platform will operate error-free or uninterrupted. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777jaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification;
• Registration of duplicate or linked accounts;
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 8;
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Player self-exclusion request submitted under the Responsible Gambling programme.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold any funds in the Account pending investigation. Where closure is due to voluntary self-exclusion or at the Player's own request, verified real-money balances will be returned subject to completion of KYC.

A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance prior to closure is strongly recommended.

The Company provides a range of tools to assist Players in managing their gaming activity responsibly. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may enable session duration alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, the Account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net wagering position during active play sessions.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.

The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which the most recent version of these Terms & Conditions came into force.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's licensing jurisdiction. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved by the Company's internal dispute resolution process.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific wager, game outcome, or transaction, Players are encouraged to contact the 777jaya support team in the first instance. The Company will endeavour to resolve disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal written complaint. A complaint may be submitted via live chat or by email to support@777jaya.cam.

Nothing in these Terms shall affect any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.
